What is a Digital Asset Millionaire?
The milestone the system is oriented toward — defined precisely, so it cannot be mistaken for a promise.
“A Digital Asset Millionaire is a person who has organized and developed at least $1 million in net productive capital across cash-flow assets, reserve assets, and owned digital assets, after deducting related liabilities.”
This may result from a combination of existing asset organization, disciplined capital deployment, cash-flow generation, reinvestment, appreciation, liability reduction, digital-asset creation, and additional contributions. Digital Asset Millionaire status is a defined PCS milestone based on net productive capital. It is not a promised result, guaranteed outcome, or assurance that any user will reach the milestone within a particular timeframe.
Unpacking the definition
Every word matters.
- Net productive capital — assets that produce economic value, minus the liabilities used to acquire or maintain them.
- Cash-flow assets — instruments and businesses that generate durable income streams.
- Reserve assets — liquid, low-volatility holdings that keep the system solvent through downturns.
- Owned digital assets — long-duration digital ownership, not speculative trading positions.
- Organized and developed — the milestone may be reached by organizing capital you already own, not only by adding new savings. Existing retirement accounts, brokerage assets, home equity, business interests and digital assets all count toward net productive capital.
- A defined milestone — measured in capital, not in calendar time. No timeline is guaranteed, and reaching it does not automatically produce sufficient retirement income.
