By creating an account or using Digital Asset Millionaire you accept these Terms and the linked Privacy Policy and Financial Education Disclaimer. 2. Educational service. The platform provides educational content about a framework we call the Personal Capital System. It does not provide individualized investment, legal, or tax advice, and no advisory relationship is created by your use. 3. Your account. You are responsible for the security of your credentials and for activity on your account. You must be of the age of majority in your jurisdiction. 4. Acceptable use. You will not abuse the service, attempt to bypass security, scrape at scale, misrepresent yourself, or use the service for anything unlawful. 5. Content ownership. We retain all rights to platform content. You retain rights to content you submit, and grant us a limited license to host and display it as needed to operate the service. 6. No warranties. The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. 7. Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the service. 8. Changes. We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated in-product and require renewed acceptance for continued use of protected services.
